How do you handle subfloor prep on new construction?

We inspect and test every subfloor before installation. On concrete slabs, we check for moisture and flatness. On wood subfloors, we check for squeaks, fastener issues, and deflection. We use Mapei Planipatch for spot repairs and self-leveling compound for larger areas. Any issues that exceed normal prep scope are documented and brought to your attention before we proceed.

Can you work from our spec sheet or material allowance?

Yes. We work from builder spec sheets, material allowances, and client upgrade selections. We can also source materials on your behalf if preferred. We are flexible on the supply side and can adapt to your purchasing process.

Do you provide written subcontractor agreements?

Yes. We provide written scope-of-work agreements for every project. For ongoing builder relationships, we can establish a standing rate agreement that covers your standard unit types so you are not re-quoting every job.
